Connections Support Services (CSS) will provide staffing that will serve the needs of the clients in your care. CSS staff will be available 24 hours per day to take your calls and we will do our best to meet your staffing requirements. CSS will assist your clients in daily facets such as, education, hygiene, life skills, rehabilitation, and most importantly care.
The goal for Connections Support Services is to provide staffing to assist in keeping a nurturing environment where clients feel safe to be themselves, while developing skills that will assist in their everyday lives. We will ensure that a process is in place to track the daily events and progress of the client on your records as well as documentation from CSS. Assisting clients with goal planning is an imperative component to the work that CSS will fulfill.
It is equally important to monitor and track the progress of the client as CSS believes in success. Realistic goal planning is critical when assisting clients. All parties involved with the client need to believe in the goal, believe in the planning, and believe in the process to achieve success.
